Business Development Manager

In order to expand our team, we are looking for a “Business Development Manager” who will work alongside us in order to develop databases/platforms that are easy-to use!

Skills you should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of all the freelancing platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and other freelancing platforms, etc.
  • Ability to bid on projects using the right sales pitching skills
  • Simple, clear and customer-centric communication (Written and Verbal both) along with excellent business communication skills
  • Ability to recognize technical, management, and cost risks and recommend mitigation approaches
  • What will you do?

    As a “Business Development Manager”, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Preparing proposals and SOWs for the projects awarded by the clients
  • Prepare sales pitch and reach out to the prospects over email and phone.
  • Lead generation and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Maintaining the daily stats report of bids and leads
  • Taking follow ups with the client
  • Set up meetings with the clients and coordinate with the sales team in order to close the sale
  • Working closely with other team members in the sales team in order to make sure that the monthly revenue target of the company is achieved
