In order to expand our team, we are looking for a “Business Development Manager” who will work alongside us in order to develop databases/platforms that are easy-to use!
Skills you should have:
Extensive knowledge of all the freelancing platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and other freelancing platforms, etc.
Ability to bid on projects using the right sales pitching skills
Simple, clear and customer-centric communication (Written and Verbal both) along with excellent business communication skills
Ability to recognize technical, management, and cost risks and recommend mitigation approaches
What will you do?
As a “Business Development Manager”, you will perform the following tasks:
Preparing proposals and SOWs for the projects awarded by the clients
Prepare sales pitch and reach out to the prospects over email and phone.
Lead generation and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Maintaining the daily stats report of bids and leads
Taking follow ups with the client
Set up meetings with the clients and coordinate with the sales team in order to close the sale
Working closely with other team members in the sales team in order to make sure that the monthly revenue target of the company is achieved
